Care for wool carpets (Beni Ourain, Beni Mrirt, Azial): The carpets can be vacuumed without rotating or knocking brushes. We recommend occasionally beating or shaking the carpet, this effectively removes dust and dirt and the carpet looks wonderfully fresh again.

Berber Rugs – Pure Wool Azilal Rug

Our Azilal rugs from Morocco embody pure joy for life. Made from soft virgin wool, these rugs occasionally feature colorful cotton threads in the most beautiful shades (this particular rug is made exclusively from pure virgin wool).

Often brightly colored, though sometimes more subdued, these Berber rugs originate from the Tadla-Azilal region, which includes parts of the High Atlas Mountains as well as adjacent plains. They are characterized by tightly spaced knots and a compact, short pile. These wool rugs are a wonderful splash of color, and due to their handmade nature, each rug is truly one-of-a-kind, carrying its own unique character.
