Care for wool carpets (Beni Ourain, Beni Mrirt, Azial): The carpets can be vacuumed without rotating or knocking brushes. We recommend occasionally beating or shaking the carpet, this effectively removes dust and dirt and the carpet looks wonderfully fresh again.

Our Azilal rugs from Morocco embody pure joy for life. Along with soft sheep's wool, vibrant cotton threads in the most beautiful colors are often woven into these stunning pieces. These rugs, often brightly colored but sometimes more subdued, originate from the Tadla-Azilal region, which includes part of the High Atlas Mountains as well as adjacent areas of the plains. This particular rug is a rarer, more understated piece, but it shines with its intricate carved pattern and boasts a wonderful texture.

Typical features include closely spaced knots and a compact, short pile. Berber rugs are a wonderful addition to creating a unique and cozy home. Each rug is a one-of-a-kind piece due to the pure handcrafted nature, and this character is inherent in every rug.
